Every business receives invoices as PDFs. Suppliers email them, marketplaces generate them, contractors attach them to messages. They look fine on screen, but getting the data out of them and into your accounting software is another story.
Most accountants and bookkeepers end up retyping the information: vendor name, invoice number, date, due date, line items, amounts, VAT. For a single invoice this takes a few minutes. For dozens each month, it adds up to hours of tedious, error-prone work.
Why not just copy and paste?
